Itinerary
After breakfast, set out on a 4- to 5-hour journey to Kibale National Park, stopping at a few points along the way. Once you reach Fort Portal town for lunch, take an afternoon tour of the area's tourist attractions before continuing to the park for supper and overnight.
Early breakfast is provided. Next, you prepare for a challenging hike through Kibale Forest National Park. Today is chimpanzee-tourist day. Along with seeing the chimpanzees, you'll take part in the thrilling Bigodi Swamp walk to see the area's plethora of birds in the late afternoon.
After breakfast, set out on an exhilarating trip to Semuliki National Park, which is located in the shadow of Mt. Rwenzori. Along the way, make many stops to take in the scenery and sample hot springs. Enjoy lunch before the guided nature walk that evening. Check into your lodge to stay the night and have dinner.
Before beginning the travel to Queen Elizabeth National Park, serve breakfast in the early morning. You check into your lodge when you arrive, and then you unwind for a while. serve lunch and then go on a game drive in the evening to see the diverse wildlife that lives in Queen Elizabeth National Park.
The morning of your next day, after enjoying breakfast, you meet up with your driver-guide and head to the Kasenyi Plains for a morning wildlife drive or lion tracking. You will see a variety of animal species during the game drive, including lions, leopards, elephants, Uganda kobs, waterbucks, buffaloes, bushbucks, hyenas, and bush pigs. You will also see a variety of bird species, including the papyrus gonolek, white-backed night heron, yellow-throated cuckoo, red-chested sunbird, and white-winged warbler. You head back to the lodge for lunch.
You will meet your driver-guide after lunch and proceed together to the boat excursion in the late afternoon. The Kazinga canal, a stretch of water that connects Lake George and Lake Edward, is where the boat tour in Queen Elizabeth National Park is conducted. The two-hour boat tour begins at the landing spot close to the opulent lodge Mweya safari lodge. A boat tour on the Kazinga canal is a thrilling and daring activity where you may observe animals like elephants, buffaloes, hippos, Nile crocodiles, and waterbucks, among others. You will be able to see water birds such the fish eagle, papyrus gonolek, pelicans, African skimmers, cormorants, and cormorants. After your boat tour, head back to your accommodation for dinner and some downtime.
You rise earlier than usual today to serve breakfast, check out of your lodging, and then begin the exhausting drive back to Kampala. Lunch is provided en-route! Your safari has ended today and so we return to either Kampala for an optional overnight or Entebbe for late evening home flight.

- In Semuliki National Park, there are records of around 435 different bird species. Among the 35 bird species on the checklist are the spot-breasted ibis, Hartlaub’s duck, Congo serpent eagle, chestnut flaned goshawk, and red-thighed sparrowhawk.
- Visitors who are interested in Semuliki can embark on wildlife drives, hikes, birdwatching excursions, trips to the two hot springs, and woodland walks. For a full safari in Semuliki National Park, it is essential to pay a cultural visit to one of the nearby tribes living outside the park.
- Over 60 mammal species, including the African buffalo, African civet, hippopotamus, mona monkey, water chevrotain, bush baby, African elephant, and Pygmy scaly-tailed flying squirrel (Idiurus zenkeri), have been found in the park.
